#146 The fear of your ADHD not being believed

Many women who are discovering their ADHD are fearful – and it stops them talking about this huge new realisation about themselves – of people rolling their eyes and saying they’re just jumping on the bandwagon.

It’s the idea that there are SO many women in their 40s, 50s and beyond who are now declaring they have ADHD that it’s the thing to do.

I shared in episode 145 several valid reasons for why many women don’t discover their ADHD until they’re in the middle of their lives, and in this episode I’m sharing how to deal with the worry you won’t be believed (and the reality of it if that’s the case).
