Thank you for the reminder. A reframing thought to consider as a I wake up this morning and think about how I'll spend my bank balance today. I'm excited about how I'll spend some of those minutes today.

Also, did not see Meg Ryan rpm com's on your top five, but I'm here for it! I'm not sure I have five, but I could obviously talk about baked potato fillings or my general love for potatoes until the end of time 😂

Would love to know how you do! I rather like thinking of sleep in this way, it reminds you of the value of sleep.

I love a rom-com! And Meg Ryan has made several of the classics, although there are some problematic elements I don’t think we noticed originally.

I’m here for your potato Ted talk 🙌 And obvs you can talk about journalling so only three more to decide on 😄

Thank you, I needed to be reminded to be mindful and present, as much as possible. And to try and remember my own needs, as someone who’s working on not putting everyone’s needs first all the time.

Meg Ryan romcoms: which is your favourite, and why? ☺️

Think we all need reminding sometimes, Sara. You’re in the right place, taking care of your own needs and wants as well as other people’s is a running theme. What today can you do to honour a need or desire of your own?

I grew up watching Meg Ryan rom-coms and I love When Harry Met Sally and Sleepless in Seattle it’d have to be You’ve Got Mail because she owns a bookshop! But obviously now we see it’s somewhat problematic which makes for less comfortable viewing.

Would love for you to come and talk to my membership 😃 I’m exploring putting on some masterclasses for them so this would be a really interesting topic

This is such a beautiful reminder, and an uplifting alternative to the "live every day as if it's your last" which always makes me feel faintly depressed. I love the idea of just pausing to gently reframe your day, or even a tiny bit of your day. And reclaim your peace

I’m all for a reframe (my top strength is perspective) 😊 Never liked the ‘live every day as if it’s your last’ message either, feels pushy, not every day can be gung-ho.
